Junior catch senior pike.
On a Sunday aftermoon in late May, Johan Bromans twelve year old son Elias caught a beautiful 30lb (15kg,117 cm) Pike madame when using our new Esox Lucius jerk rod and jerkbait.
The great Pike was caught in the archipelago just north from Stockholm and of course it was carefully released after some pictures were taken. Since Johans 24lb scale hit rock bottom, they could not weigh the fish propperly. If it would have been properly weighed though, most probably the fish would be among the top ten Pikes caught in Sweden this year.
Elias is the one on top to the left in the picture. He is now singing "I am the Champion" in his room before he falls to sleep:-)

T-Rex.
Our Product Manager, Johan Broman, ended up at third place in the most prestigous Pike-competition in Sweden, The T-Rex Pike.
The competition was held in the southern parts of the Stockholm archipelago and efter catching a fat and strong 103cm Pike weighing 8,7kgs, the third place was in his."

The Trini Tarpon Bash 2006
BROMANoDELL's Tackle Designer Johan Broman was invited by his good friend, world famous Captain Gerard "Frothy" De Silva to join the team "Hard Play II" in the Trini Tarpon Bash 2006. The 21st of March 2006 our first advert in a Swedish angling magazine was launched. And more are there to come during spring and summer. We’re now launching BROMANoDELL on the Swedish market.

Johan Broman fights Striped Marlin and huge Catfish on TV.
When filming for Swedish TV4+ and TV4 in Kenya three weeks ago, on his 40th birthday Johan Broman fought a 140lb Striped Marlin for more than an hour.
Two weeks later, Mr Broman landed a huge Catfish when filming in Rio Ebro in Spain. The fish was 229cm long and the weight was 159lbs. It sure takes some serious angling to develop serious products.
